The data from transcripts will be pulled once it is processed by Fathom. This can take a few minutes after the end of the call. The data will only be pulled when necessary to support a feature in Pod.
Without an integration between Pod and Fathom, client meeting data is siloed. Sellers then have to take manual notes either on another screen or by hand, and risk losing concentration with high-importance attendees. Without the integration, sellers also cannot gain transcript data insights, and will have to put in extra work and research into moving each deal forward.
